HomeShield Pro provides preventive home maintenance services, inspections, and small repair support in Eugene, Oregon. Any larger project recommendations are quoted separately and are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Scheduling and Access
Appointment requests are subject to technician availability and scheduling rules. You agree to provide accurate access details and maintain a safe environment for service.
3. Pricing and Billing
Online booking does not charge your card. Membership enrollment and billing are finalized after your initial visit confirmation. Materials are billed at cost unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
5. Communications Consent
By submitting forms on this site, you consent to service-related communications by email, phone, and text for scheduling, updates, and follow-up.
6. Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care consistent with industry practice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service visit giving rise to the claim.
